Poolbeg recently launched a lovely book of short stories as part of their celebrations for 30 years in the business. Thirty of Poolbeg's authors, past and present took part and there's a great selection of stories in there, covering a range of themes and emotions, some light-hearted, others harrowing.

Geraldine’s short story is called Hunky Dory, and is a light-hearted, modern story about two friends … except that one of the women isn’t the friend the other thinks she is!

The launch took place in Hughes and Hughes St Stephen's Green November 2006 and a group of the participating authors is pictured below.
